Verify a piece

Every piece we sell carries a tag with a QR code and a verification code. Check either one against our records — at any time, from anywhere, without an account.

Printed on the tag beneath the QR, after the word VERIFY. Twelve characters — capitals and dashes do not matter.

Using the QR code instead

Open your phone’s camera and point it at the QR on the tag — no app needed. It opens this same certificate directly.

What you will see

The piece’s purity, its weight as recorded when we tagged it, its hallmark and any stones — read straight from our own records, not from a photograph or a message.

If it does not verify

A code that does not match is not something to accept as ours. Contact us before you go any further, and keep the tag.
