Every piece comes with a formal stamped receipt guaranteeing the exact gold purity and weight — whether 18K, 21K, 22K or 24K. We adhere strictly to promised weights and carats.

You save a fixed quantity of gold or silver each month, bought at the Lahore rate on the day we receive your instalment. Your holding is measured in grams and shown on a statement you can print at any time. When and how you are paid depends on the plan type you choose, its tenure, and the payout quarter you pick when you open it — not on any tier. Deductions apply if you take a payout early; the exact figure is shown on your own plan page before you confirm anything.

Yes. Browse our design book, pick a style, and share your size, weight, karat and finish. Our team will craft it to order — typically 4–6 weeks for bespoke bridal sets.

No. We do not send jewellery or bullion by courier — everything is collected in person at the showroom, including anything reserved online. It is not a limitation we are apologising for: gold is weighed and checked in front of you at the counter, and that is not something a parcel can do. Reserve online, we telephone you to confirm the weight and the amount, and you come in to pay and collect.

Three ways, all normal here: at the counter when you collect, by bank transfer in advance against your reservation number, or an advance (bayana) that holds the piece with the balance paid on collection. Savings installments are arranged separately.

A piece already in stock is ready as soon as payment is settled — usually the same or the next working day. Made-to-order work depends on the design and the karigar's queue; we give you a date when we confirm the reservation, and we tell you if it moves.

We offer buyback and exchange based on current market gold rates. Bring your original Aish Jewellers receipt to our showroom for valuation.

Our Bullion shop lists pure 999 gold and silver biscuits in standard weights (1g to 100g gold, 50g to 1kg silver). Prices follow the live rate plus a small making charge.
