Ordering

Collection & payment

Last updated: 6 August 2026

Everything is collected in person. There is no delivery — including for pieces reserved online. We would rather you saw the piece weighed and checked in front of you than trusted it to a parcel.

How an order works

  1. 1

You reserve the piece on the site

Nothing is charged and nothing is committed. The piece is held for you while we check it.

  2. 2

We confirm the piece and the price

We contact you to confirm the piece is available, what it weighs, and the exact amount — calculated at the gold rate agreed with you. Gold moves daily, so the figure is confirmed with you rather than assumed from the day you clicked.

  3. 3

You pay, in whichever of the three ways suits you

See below. All three are normal here.

  4. 4

You collect it at the showroom

We tell you when it is ready. Bring your CNIC and your reservation number. The piece is weighed in front of you and handed over with its tag and receipt.

Paying — three ways, all normal

At the counter

Pay when you collect. Nothing changes hands until you have the piece in front of you.

By bank transfer, in advance

We send you our account details and a reference number for your order. Transfer the amount, send us the receipt, and we confirm and set the piece aside. We will never send you bank details out of the blue, and we will never ask for them by WhatsApp from a number you have not already spoken to. If in doubt, telephone the showroom on the number on this site before sending money.

Advance (bayana), then balance

A part payment holds the piece and fixes the rate; the balance is paid when you collect. This is the usual arrangement for made-to-order work, where the piece is being built for you.

How long it takes

A piece already in stock is ready to collect as soon as payment is settled — usually the same or the next working day. Made-to-order work depends on the design and the karigar’s queue; we give you a date when we confirm the order, and we tell you if it moves.

We do not deliver

Not by courier, not by rider, not for a fee — including for pieces reserved online. Gold is weighed and checked in front of you at the counter, and that is not something a parcel can do. If you cannot reach the showroom yourself, speak to us and we will tell you honestly what can be arranged for your particular case rather than promising a service we do not run.

Changing your mind, and selling back

A reservation can be cancelled at no cost before you collect and pay, unless it is made-to-order work already begun. After collection, jewellery is not refunded — instead we buy it back at the live rate whenever you want to sell. Refunds & buyback explains exactly how that works.
